All sales final as these are custom engraved products specifically made for you. If we make a mistake we will correct the mistake or refund your money. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item in order for us to refund or correct the issue. Email Brian@klclaser.com to make refund arrangements. These are custom engraved items and we make sure you are happy with the product and approve prior to sending out. We guarantee your satisfaction and if there is an issue we will do our best to correct it.
